Felipe Cammarata Silveira

Felipe has worked with top management of large national and multinational groups in several industries such as such as airlines, fertilizers, industrial goods, telecom, mining, education, consumer products, retail and transportation, in Latin America (Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Costa Rica), Africa (South Africa and Mozambique) and Europe (Nordics, Belgium, Germany and France). Felipe has participated in engagements addressing go-to-market, supply chain, digital, churn reduction, and IT strategies and post merger integration, commercial due diligence, organization, cost reduction and performance improvement programs. Prior to joining Bain, he worked at Lojas Quero-Quero, Petrobras, Braskem and Valeo. Felipe was also president of the UFRGS Engineering Student Council. Felipe has a double degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil) and in Generalist Engineering from the École Centrale de Lyon (France). He is fluent in Portuguese, English, Spanish and French.
